Miles of sandy beaches at the Lybian sea, a peaceful enviroment and the possibility to explore the central part of Crete, all that offers a stay in this simple guest house at the south coast. Triopetra Beach is located 50 km south of Rethymnon and 20 km west of Agia Galini.

The hotel consists of 18 rooms with 2 -3 beds, each one with own bathroom, shower, small fridge, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and door screens. All rooms have a balcony with a straight view to the Libyan sea.

Above the taverna and the rooms, stands a seperate hall consisting of a wooden floor, which is appropriate for Yoga sessions and other kind of workshops.

The owner Pavlos runs also a taverna with his famous fresh fish, delicious cretan/greek cuisine and breakfast service. His hospitality is well known by his regular guests and always a reason to come back.

Extra info pricetable

1. Breakfast is NOT included in the prices mentioned above.

2. The prices are per room and NOT per person.

3. The above mentioned rates include community / municipality tax and V.A.T.

4. Check out time is till 12:00 at noon.

For further use till 18:00, there is an additional charge of 50 % on the room rate.

After 18:00, a full room rate is charged.

5. The room rate is increased by 20 % if an extra bed is added in the room,

after request.

6. Reservations of only 1 night, are charges with 5 euro extra.

Deposit :

- For reservations up to 7 days, no deposit is needed. You can pay in cash when you get here (no credit cards).

- For reservations longer than 7 days, a deposit (in our bank account) of 50 % of the total cost of the reservation is required in order to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Fee :

- If a reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the arrival date, no fees apply, and any deposit taken, is refunded.

- If a reservation is cancelled between 21 and 3 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.

- If a reservation is cancelled later than 2 days prior to the arrival date, in case of no-show or early departure, the total accommodation cost (100 %) is charged as cancellation fee.
