Tertsa

Tertsa is a tiny village with a sandy/pebbled beach at the Lybian sea. You can reach the settlement at a now mostly paved costal road, approx. 20 km west of Ierapetra. General a quiet place it is busy during the weekends and in the high season, when the greek people come for holidays. The climate of this place is very mild, because its sheltered from the northwinds. A longer beach in front of the village with sunbeds and umbrellas and more small bays and a long beach westwards makes it to a ideal place of summer holidays. There are 3 Tavernas, a Kafeneion and a Minimarket. Bigger shoppings can be done in Mirtos or Ierapetra.
